A block of rooms has been reserved for ARW 2015 at a reduced rate of $88 per night. This link takes you to the Crowne Plaza Knoxville website. On the left side of the page, under MAKE A RESERVATION, you will need to input your arrival and departure dates. If you are arriving BEFORE April 26, or departing AFTER May 1, you should contact the hotel’s reservation manager, Mr. Jamie Julius, to be sure that you receive the block’s negotiated rate of $88 per night for the shoulder dates. If you make reservations on your own, you will be charged a higher rate for the shoulder dates. Participants are strongly encouraged to stay at the workshop host hotel.
