We are pleased to announce the next Accelerator Reliability Workshop, ARW2015, which will take place in Knoxville, Tennessee, USA. ARW2015 will be hosted by the Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL).

This is the fifth workshop in the Accelerator Reliability series. Previous workshops were held in Grenoble, France; Vancouver, Canada; Cape Town, South Africa; and Melbourne, Australia.

ARW2015 will follow the established format of previous ARW workshops that foster formal and informal interactions between accelerator scientists, engineers, students and industrial exhibitors, encouraging the exchange of information and ideas across the broad spectrum of accelerator science and technology topics.

The workshop program will cover aspects of Reliability Modelling and Methodologies, Quality Assurance, Engineering and Designing for Reliability, Hardware and Software Reliability, Failure Analysis, Human Factors, Operations Management and Maintenance, Refurbishments and Upgrades, Ageing Facilities and the Effects of Radiation. We will also discuss our experiences, both achievements and challenges, so that we can learn from one another.

The Local Organizing Committee is chaired by George Dodson (ORNL/SNS).

ARW2015 will offer plenary sessions on Monday through Friday morning except for the following: there will be a tour of the Spallation Neutron Source on Tuesday afternoon, and parallel sessions on Thursday afternoon. There will also be an invited speaker session early Tuesday afternoon and a poster session Wednesday afternoon.
